These Terms of Engagement govern all commercial staffing placements, institutional healthcare workforce supply, federal and state government teaming inquiries, and corporate advisory relationships with Medi Oasis Health Services LLC. By accessing this platform or engaging our services, client organizations, government agencies, and clinical candidates accept these operating standards.

- Clinicians are screened against the HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) and SAM.gov federal exclusions.
- Client healthcare facilities maintain responsibility for facility-specific clinical orientation, unit badging, and direct day-to-day clinical supervision of on-duty staff.
4Government Teaming & Solicitation Protocols
Submissions generated via our Government Portal (/government) or Teaming Inquiry modules represent preliminary capability disclosures. Formal teaming commitments require bilateral execution of mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and formal Teaming Agreements aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 9.6.
